The Landsharks Band Vero Beach

        The Landsharks Band was originally formed in Vero Beach and for many years, The Landsharks were a large part of the Vero Beach live music scene, often frequented by Los Angeles Dodgers, other sports figures, famous treasure hunters, and quite often, famous celebrities.

        The Landsharks performed at legendary Vero Beach venues including Marvin Gardens, The Patio, Duke Snider's, Waldo's, (at The Driftwood Resort), Houlihan's, and many more. Other Treasure Coast venues included Summit Landings, Captain Hiram's, and Hurricane Harbor.

Legendary Treasure Hunter, Mel Fisher was a fan of The Landsharks and would often come see the band while he was in town hunting for Spanish gold on the Treasure Coast.

The Landsharks Band is part of Vero Beach History.

        The Landsharks Band started in Vero Beach and for many years, the Landsharks were a large part of the Vero Beach live music scene, often frequented by Los Angeles Dodgers, other sports figures, famous treasure hunters, and quite often, famous celebrities. The Landsharks performed at legendary Vero Beach venues including Marvin Gardens, The Patio, Duke Snider's, Waldo's, (at The Driftwood Resort), Houlihan's, Quail Valley, Johns Island, The Moorings, Norris's Famous, and virtually every other Vero Beach Venue including shows at Vero Disney, Dodger Stadium, Vero Downtown, Vero Beach Mainstreet Festival, Vero Beach Sunset Saturdays, Vero Beach's Live In The Loop, and too many to mention.
        After the Landsharks landed an audition at Disney World, they started playing regularly at large events in Florida.
        After performing with Jimmy Buffett in Key West, Buffett hired The Landsharks to be the house band at Margaritaville and the popularity of the band took off, and the Landsharks began playing concerts all over the world.
        The Landsharks often return to Vero Beach to play concerts and shows!

      As the Popularity of the band grew, The Landsharks began to expand their base and began playing shows on The Treasure Coast, on The Space Coast, and in Orlando, eventually landing an audition in Disney World. After getting the Disney audition, the Landsharks quickly became one of the most in-demand Corporate Event Bands in Florida, performing at major events on the Orlando and Florida corporate circuits.

 

      During this time, The Landsharks rose in popularity throughout Florida and the world and eventually they performed with Jimmy Buffett in Key West. After playing with The Landsharks, Buffett hired them to be the house band at Margaritaville.

      The Landsharks also performed with the world famous Beach Boys, in concert, in North Carolina and Florida and even played at The Super Bowl several times.

 
      The Landsharks still perform special concerts in Vero Beach on occasion.

Legendary Vero Beach, Florida Band, The Landsharks Band performed at The Riverside Cafe in Vero Beach, Florida from 1999 through 2004.  At that time, the band was based in Vero, but eventually moved to Orlando, Florida. The Landsharks played Sunday shows at the Vero Beach hotspot.
